To potvrzuje nejeden v\u00fdzkum. Podle zpr\u00e1vy Global Gender Gap Report 2015 jsme v oblasti genderov\u00e9 rovnosti a\u017e na 81. m\u00edst\u011b z celkem 145 hodnocen\u00fdch. Pr\u016fzkum n\u00e1zor\u016f \u010desk\u00e9 ve\u0159ejnosti na roli mu\u017ee a \u017eeny v rodin\u011b, jeho\u017e v\u00fdsledky zve\u0159ejnil Sociologick\u00fd \u00fastav tento t\u00fdden, ukazuje, \u017ee vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed \u017eensk\u00fdch a mu\u017esk\u00fdch rol\u00ed je u \u010desk\u00e9 ve\u0159ejnosti st\u00e1le stereotypn\u00ed. V\u011bt\u0161ina si mysl\u00ed, \u017ee mu\u017e by m\u011bl vyd\u011bl\u00e1vat a \u017eena se starat o dom\u00e1cnost.<\/p>\n<p>Pro\u010d je vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed rovnosti pohlav\u00ed u \u010desk\u00e9 ve\u0159ejnosti natolik odli\u0161n\u00e9 od jin\u00fdch vysp\u011bl\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f? A jak\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed se nab\u00edz\u00ed, jak na politick\u00e9 \u00farovni, tak na ekonomick\u00e9? O tom v\u0161em se bude diskutovat na konferenci Gender Gap: \u017dena \u2013 kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd faktor \u00fasp\u011bchu, kterou po\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1 \u010cesk\u00e1 mana\u017eersk\u00e1 asociace v r\u00e1mci Dne \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdch mana\u017eer\u016f dne 21. dubna 2016 na pra\u017esk\u00e9m \u017dof\u00edn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Annika Elias, b\u00fdval\u00e1 prezidentka CEC European Managers (Evropsk\u00e1 mana\u017eersk\u00e1 konfederace) a jeden z hlavn\u00edch host\u016f konference, upozor\u0148uje, \u017ee procento zastoupen\u00ed \u017een ve st\u0159edn\u00edm, vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm a top managementu je st\u00e1le n\u00edzk\u00e9, stejn\u011b tak jako rychlost prom\u011bny tohoto stavu. Naproti tomu rychlost zm\u011bny v zastoupen\u00ed \u017een v rozhodovac\u00edch org\u00e1nech (p\u0159edstavenstvech, atd.) je vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed &#8211; v\u011bt\u0161inou d\u00edky regula\u010dn\u00edm opat\u0159en\u00edm zaveden\u00fdm b\u011bhem posledn\u00edch let. Na konferenci Gender Gap: \u017dena \u2013 kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd faktor \u00fasp\u011bchu se Annika Elias zam\u011b\u0159\u00ed na srovn\u00e1n\u00ed n\u011bkolika vybran\u00fdch zem\u00ed a uk\u00e1\u017ee konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed dobr\u00e9 a \u0161patn\u00e9 praxe firem pot\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se s genderovou (ne)vyv\u00e1\u017eenost\u00ed sv\u00e9ho managementu.<\/p>\n<p>Odborn\u00e9 studie ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee mal\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed \u017een v top managementu ohro\u017euje dlouhodobou konkurenceschopnost, udr\u017eitelnost firmy a ekonomick\u00fd r\u016fst. Genderov\u00e1 vyv\u00e1\u017eenost ve firm\u011b by m\u011bla naopak zajistit v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed prosperitu a celkov\u00fd rozvoj firmy. Podle Gender Gap Index je v zem\u00edch, kter\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed skloubit pr\u00e1ci a rodinu, vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed porodnost a vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed zam\u011bstnanost \u017een. To znamen\u00e1 i pozitivn\u00ed d\u016fsledky pro ekonomiku vzhledem ke st\u00e1rnut\u00ed obyvatel. Nav\u00edc \u017eeny, kter\u00e9 jsou ekonomicky nez\u00e1visl\u00e9, p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 spot\u0159ebitele zbo\u017e\u00ed a slu\u017eeb, v\u00edce investuj\u00ed do zdrav\u00ed a vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed cel\u00e9 sv\u00e9 rodiny. Doch\u00e1z\u00ed k r\u016fstu \u00faspor dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed a zm\u011bn\u011b struktury jejich v\u00fddaj\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Konference Gender Gap: \u017dena \u2013 kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd faktor \u00fasp\u011bchu navazuje na ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 Sv\u011btov\u00e9 ekonomick\u00e9 f\u00f3rum (WEF) v Davosu, kter\u00e9 zve\u0159ejnilo zpr\u00e1vu The Global Gender Gap Report. M\u011b\u0159\u00edtkem tohoto \u017eeb\u0159\u00ed\u010dku je The Global Gender Gap Index, kter\u00fd sleduje 145 zem\u00ed a vyhodnocuje, jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem nakl\u00e1daj\u00ed se sv\u00fdmi \u017eensk\u00fdmi talenty a jak sleduj\u00ed rozd\u00edly na z\u00e1klad\u011b pohlav\u00ed. Rozd\u00edly m\u011b\u0159\u00ed v oblasti zdrav\u00ed, vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed, ekonomiky a politiky.<\/p>\n<p>Podle Global Gender Gap Indexu jsou na prvn\u00edch p\u0159\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1ch seversk\u00e9 zem\u011b: Island, Norsko, Finsko, \u0160v\u00e9dsko. \u010cesk\u00e1 republika dostala v \u017eeb\u0159\u00ed\u010dku \u010d\u00edslo 81, um\u00edstila se tak daleko za Slovinskem (9. m\u00edsto), Litvou (20. m\u00edsto) \u010di Rwandou (6. m\u00edsto).<\/p>\n<p>\u201eTato oblast se \u0159ad\u00ed mezi dal\u0161\u00ed, ve kter\u00fdch \u010cesk\u00e1 republika zaost\u00e1v\u00e1. Co mi obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b vad\u00ed, je skute\u010dnost, \u017ee podle aktu\u00e1ln\u00edch mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch srovn\u00e1n\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed \u010cR mezi ty zem\u011b v Evrop\u011b, kde je nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed rozd\u00edl ve finan\u010dn\u00edm ohodnocen\u00ed stejn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce mu\u017e\u016f a \u017een,\u201c rozv\u00e1d\u00ed t\u00e9matiku genderov\u00e9 nerovnosti prezident \u010cesk\u00e9 mana\u017eersk\u00e9 asociace Pavel Kafka a dod\u00e1v\u00e1: \u201eV \u010cesk\u00e9 mana\u017eersk\u00e9 asociaci dlouhodob\u011b Global Gender Gap Report sledujeme a sna\u017e\u00edme se o smysluplnou diskuzi mezi \u010desk\u00fdmi mana\u017eery, kter\u00e1 by mohla v\u00e9st ke zm\u011bn\u011b p\u0159\u00edstupu \u010desk\u00fdch firem.
